Web Hosting in the UK - Which ISP

My current web sites are hosted by Freedom2Surf. For the last few years the service has been great but recently they have been bought by Pipex.
Since then the service has gone from bad to worse... The site with my QTVRs has been down for the past 24 hours (a database error).
So does anyone have a hosting company that they would recommend? At the moment I get 200MBytes supports WAP, Perl CGI, PHP4, Frontpage with 10mb MySQL database. It costs me about £30 a year plus name registration.

I use evohosting: www.evohosting.co.uk, although their site seems to be down at the moment, not really a good sign.
They offer unlimited MySQL databases, scripts, and domain name areas, which is why I went with them. I don't know what the uptime with them is like as I hardly ever visit my site, it's always been working whenever I have visited it though.
