Am I The Only One Using 360 Degrees of Freedom Software?

This time last year I persuaded my bosses to make significant purchases to start up a program to do VR tours for our students (large community college). Nikon D80 with Sigma 8mm f/3.5 EX DG fisheye and the full 360 Degrees of Freedom package: Fisheye Stitcher, VR Brochure, etc, etc. and the Agnos MRotatorT TCP short tripod head with right angle bracket. The folks at 360 DOF couldn't have been nicer.
However, I have yet to achieve a "flawless" stitch. Assuming all along it had to be operator error, I rechecked the optical axis alignment, spent hours reading about and determining the nodal/no parallax point on the lens, have leveled and re-leveled and so on. They've given me a couple of new algorithms to work, but my full immersion panos always off...crown moulding seems to present some serious issues for the stitcher. All of this time I've assumed I've been making a fatal error along the way. Until today when I downloaded demos of Panoweaver and RealViz to see if my bosses would go for them...my images stitched up beautifully, particularly in Panoweaver.
Anyone else had this issue?

I'm not using the 360dof but their satement
--8<---------------- *Our Guarantee:
If after buying VRbrochure FX, you find ANY virtual tour, ANYWHERE, that you think is better than a VRbrochure tour - return our product for a FULL REFUND. --8<----------------
One cannot put such guarantee without a strong basis so I guess you must provide them one set of your photos and they will show you what is not properly done, must be a use of the software issue, I pressume.

Pretty Much!
Last time I took a serious look at this software is wasn't the best - not even close to the best.
As Dorin has pointed out - look at the refund offer and buy something that works for you without needing a degree in.

Laurence When I started looking for an iPIX replacement I took look at 360DOF.
What turned me off was their online samples had misalignments that were very easy to see.
If they couldn't get good alignment/stitches for their website, I didn't think it was a product I wanted to test.
I haven't checked in quite while though.
